Collin Eggebrecht

Collin is a co-owner and co-founder of OnePoint Physical Therapy. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Miami in 2009 and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2014. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.

Collin has advanced training in spinal manipulation and dry needling, along with a professional background in baseball and sports rehabilitation. Earlier in his clinical career, he developed a particular interest in working with athletes, especially overhead athletes, and in helping patients progress from rehabilitation back to strength, performance, and sport.

Today, Collin’s role is primarily focused on the leadership, operations, and continued growth of OnePoint Physical Therapy, helping guide the practice while supporting the clinical team and the patient experience across both locations.

Collin co-founded OnePoint Physical Therapy in 2016 with his wife and fellow Miami Hurricane, Erin Eggebrecht. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and following Miami Hurricanes football and Marquette University basketball.

Jonathan Joseph

Jonathan earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2020. He treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and enjoys working with patients of all ages.

He has completed advanced dry needling training and emphasizes current research and evidence-based practice in his treatment approach.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys hiking and being outdoors, watching movies and TV, and spending time with friends and family.

Mary Weston Cummings

Mary Weston is a Columbus, Georgia native and former NCAA Division I tennis player. She has clinical experience in orthopedic, pediatric, and vestibular physical therapy.

Her special interests include sports rehabilitation, youth athletes, and post-surgical recovery. She enjoys building strong relationships with patients and helping them return confidently to the activities they love.

Amanda Lee

Amanda earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy from McMaster University in 2019. She has completed advanced training in dry needling as well as mobility and joint-control techniques and treats a broad range of orthopedic conditions.

A former Division I soccer player, Amanda has a special interest in helping athletes optimize performance and safely return to play.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys baking and spending time with her family.

Madison treats orthopedic patients at the Virginia-Highland clinic four days per week and also practices in pelvic health and pediatrics at Edgewood/Candler Park one day per week.

Her profile spans both locations, and she has advanced training through Herman & Wallace in pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Madison’s split schedule allows her to support both general orthopedic patients and specialty-program patients across OnePoint.

Kelvin Carter

Kelvin earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Emory University in 2014 and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2017. He has completed advanced training in spinal manipulation and dry needling.

He has extensive experience treating vestibular disorders, headaches, and acute and chronic pain, and he has a strong interest in sports rehabilitation and athletic performance as a former collegiate basketball player.

Outside of work, Kelvin is a Michigan fan.

Karen Blackburn

Karen earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Elon University in 2019 and has completed advanced training in dry needling. She has broad orthopedic experience and enjoys working with patients of all ages.

Her focus is helping patients reach their functional and recreational goals and become more self-sufficient after injury.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with family and friends, being at the lake, traveling, concerts, sporting events, and cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs.

Peyton Ciesco

Peyton works with orthopedic patients and athletes across age groups and has special interests in sports rehabilitation, dry needling, strength, and movement.

Her background in dance gives her a movement-focused lens to treatment, helping patients improve strength, control, and confidence as they return to activity.

Peyton practices at the Edgewood/Candler Park clinic.

Hannah Jones

Hannah earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Emory University in 2023. Her training includes pre- and postpartum rehabilitation through Herman & Wallace as well as advanced vestibular rehabilitation certification through Emory and Duke.

She first connected with OnePoint in 2017 as a patient, later worked as a PT tech, and returned after finishing PT school. Hannah treats pediatric, pelvic health, and vestibular patients and values creating a welcoming and thoughtful care experience.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys travel, hiking, reality TV, time with family and friends, and her dogs Olive and Millie.

His treatment approach emphasizes evidence-based care and patient education, and he enjoys working with both athletes and the general population.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time with family, running with his dogs Louie and Frankie, and cheering for the Atlanta Falcons.

At Edgewood/Candler Park, Madison treats pelvic health and pediatric patients one day per week. She also has advanced Herman & Wallace pelvic floor training.

Madison’s schedule is split between both clinics, with the remainder of her week spent in Virginia-Highland treating orthopedic patients.

This dual role helps connect OnePoint’s orthopedic and specialty care offerings across locations.

He treats orthopedic and neurological injuries across age groups, with particular interests in sports injuries and rehabilitative performance. A former collegiate soccer player, he enjoys helping active people return to training and sport.

Outside work, Iain enjoys travel, trying restaurants, Atlanta United, and the Green Bay Packers.

Annie graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Emory University in 2023 and received certification in advanced vestibular rehabilitation.

She has experience treating pediatric patients with torticollis, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, and other neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, as well as experience in acute hospital settings treating a wide range of diagnoses across all age groups.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new places around Atlanta, and traveling.

Sabine earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Mercer University in 2018. Her pediatric experience includes home, school, and outpatient settings, where she has treated children with autism, cerebral palsy, developmental delay, and related neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.

She focuses on building strong relationships with patients and families and on helping progress carry over into each child’s real-world environment.

Sabine is also a Georgia Bulldogs fan.

Stephanie joined OnePoint in 2018. She studied Early Childhood Development and Medical Management in Northern California and developed an interest in physical therapy after experiencing a high-school sports injury herself.

Her background includes inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation in California, and she brings more than 20 years of experience managing rehabilitation healthcare facilities across physical therapy, speech, occupational therapy, chiropractic, and pediatric early-start programs.

Stephanie works closely with doctors’ offices, nurse case managers, adjusters, and insurers to help support a smooth patient experience.

She also has experience training healthcare office staff and focuses on customer service and smooth clinic operations.

Outside of work, Desia enjoys movies and spending time with family.

Maya graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science. During her time in Chapel Hill, she was an Athletic Training Student Intern for the UNC Football team and a physical therapy tech for a local clinic in North Carolina.

Maya moved to Atlanta in 2022 and joined the OnePoint team as a physical therapy tech. In 2024, she transitioned to the Clinical Support Team.

She is currently a member of a modern dance company and enjoys exploring the connection between physical therapy and dance. Eliza especially enjoys connecting with patients and helping create a fun, welcoming environment.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, thrifting, going to the movies, and yoga.
